My SureSignal Mk 1 stopped working, with a flashing amber light on the LAN cable (conects to the router) socket and the third light down on the front not illuminated. There is a good broadband signal and no problems with the router.
I have tried rebooting, replacing the LAN cable and even using another Sure Signal 1 - the same problem persists.
I have now de-registered the SureSignal and am attempting to re-register it. I cannot do so as, despite not showing in the SureSignal list, I get an error message indicating the Sure Signal of that serial number is already registered.
Please can you advise what I need to do to:
1. Re-register the SureSignal
2. Resolve the issue with the flashing amber light at the LAN cable connection/missing 3rd light on front, to get it working again
