I have 3 Suresignal units which are registered to an account that has been disabled (a payg sim was used, which got disconnected) how can I retreive these units onto a new account?

Hi there
The SureSignal devices would need to be deregistered first before they can be registered on another account. Typically you would be able to do this yourself through the online account against which they were registered. If the account has been closed, then one of the eForum Team will be able to help you with it the SureSignal devices deregistered. Please be patient and they will be along as soon as they can to drop you a Private Message.

You can get the ball rolling by providing the serial numbers for the 3 units you wish to deregister.
Once the team pick up this thread they will be able to contact you for to complete security checks and get the devices freed for you
