I am trying to re-enable a sure signal model 9361 p3.0 that was used by my company in a previous location, then switched off for a long time. The portal shows it as suspended and I cannot re-enable it.
I have been through this process for another sure signal at our site and have that working now after a long to and fro calls with Vodafone. So, I know the site configuration etc , network bandwidth is all ok, speed tests etc.
I tried going through the online chat, but our business account says no changes can be made without talking to a person at Vodafone, who no longer works there.
The serial number of the device is 40133635611
Currently registered to John [Removed] attached to the account number [Removed]
Once it is no longer suspended I will be moving it's location to a new postcode, GU51 5JL
Any help , gratefully received.

How long hasn't it been used ?
If over 3 months then the original owner can speak with Customer Services or Live Chat to have it un suspended.
If 12 months+ then it's permanently removed from the Network.
It maybe an idea to remove any account details as this is an Open Forum and the Social Media Team here cannot access Business Accounts.
