Vodafone Sure Signal V3 - white globe flashing -not connecting

My Vodafone sureSignal v3 is not connecting.
(I have mobi no signal at home)
The issue I'm experiencing:
Just purchased and registered the Suresignal v3 ok.

Plugged in and connected to router ok. Ports are up both ends.
What light sequence you're seeing:
Solid Red Led. White globe slowly flashing.No others.
