It started about 2 months ago - my laptop was knackered,
so I just thought it was that - but I now have a new laptop - top of the range
Windows 7 - it works perfectly, except I'm still getting

And it's now started on more sites.
Anyone know a solution or is this a reason for getting rid of the dongle?

Hi all

To repeat what Jon asked earlier:

Can you tell me what websites are affected and how often you experience the issue?

Also, verify for me what browser make and version you're using, your Operating System, and which make and model of Modem you're having this problem with?

We do need all of this information in order to raise a case, so if you're having issues, please post this for us.

Tried again today, the error message doesn't not appear, but then neither does anything else. Just a blank screen.

The site is http://mobile.pistonheads.com

Hi smiler.,

I'm afraid in order for us to raise a ticket for this, you'll need to supply the details already asked from by Jon and Trev.

Please supply the relevant information and we can begin investigations.

Update: Still can't access http://mobile.pistonheads.com

Sometimes I get the message, sometimes a blank screen.

Lee, I have no idea about the browser, OS & Modem - I'm using a Sony X10i.

Just spotted that this is Mobile Broadband forum - I got here via a google search.

I still have problems using the www.xtube.com site..

This only seems to be a problem with Vodafone..

When is this getting fixed as it seems to be a common problem for Vodafone users...?

Hello Mattyd

I've picked up your email in our inbox, please refer to this as I have also included some links as a test to see whether you can access specific content on the site.

It may also be worth copying the URL/web address of a specific video and trying to access that directly, additionally try entering the IP address directly into your browser:

Thanks
