I have spent couple of hours today on this and now give up.
I spoke to three people (yes, I am that crazy!!) and all of them have no idea about red+ sharing - standard response: we dont do that any more.
I said then why do you have this information on website -

No response. Said, I would come back to you. Not back. I am reallly really furious and leaving vodafone. Good luck with dealing with their customer service who are more keen to sell a new contract than resoling the query.
Any body had similar experience??

Did you contact Vodafone via 191 or Live Chat may i ask?
Do you meet the criteria of “Vodafone Red+ is available only to Pay monthly customers who bought a Red or Red Value Bundle between 5 May 2016 and 11 April 2017.”
If so may I ask what your query was as we or the Vodafone Social Media Team here might be able to help.
