I have been with Vodafone for many years and 3 years ago was offered the chance to add my wife and daughter to my Red+ plan and share my data. It was good value and did so. We have all upgraded since but now it is my turn again ( and my Note 4 has completly expired) I have tried today to upgrade on line. This doesn't seem to work so I have phoned only to find some of the deal I could get online is not availible by phone ( the Gear VR headset deal especially). Why am I being punished for taking a deal offered to me in the past which now limits my options.
Many Thanks

@edd1eb2 – The Red Sharer plans are no longer available, so if you wish to upgrade, the plan would be changed to a standard price plan.
This may be the reason you were unable to complete the upgrade online. Did you get an error message when you tried this?
To confirm, if you’re the group leader, changing your plan would stop any further data sharing across the other numbers in your group.

I understand that. My issue is that , yes I get an error on the website, this meas I can only upgrade through the shops or on the phone. When I did try the phone, I cannot get the same deal I could get online. Why am I losing out because Vodafone, who recomended me this contract, now wont let me access the best deals?

@edd1eb2 Please attach a screenshot of the error message you're seeing and we'll take a closer look into this for you.
