I will explain the situation I'm in with Vodafone. Around 3 months ago I was on a 12 month sim only deal which was £15 a month. I then decided to upgrade to the iPhone 7 and kept my number and sim. Within a week I sent back the phone to Vodafone and cancelled that contract. Vodafone then agreed to put me back on my 12 month sim only contract but this would now cost £22 a month. I was back on this for 2 months and now suddenly my contract has changed without my consent or being notified. I'm now apparently on a £59 a month contract. I've phoned Vodafone telling them I never agreed to this new contract/plan and they say they are going to rectify this issue and change me back to my 12 month sim only contract but it isn't happening. One guy apparently contacted the migration centre to change it and then this never happened so I phoned again and the other guy contacted the tariff team. I feel like these people at the call centres don't have a clue what to do or say and that they are just working off a script or something! I have no idea what to do or who to contact! Have Vodafone breached the contract if they have changed my plan/contract without my agreement and without notification?
