Registering Sure Signal Series 3

Hi

I have just bought a Sure Signal Series 3 to replace a Series 2 that I have had for some time and has started to malfunction. Do I need to register this new product from scratch or do I not need to register?

Hi @davidbland, you'll need to register your new Sure Signal on My Vodafone. You can find out how to do this here.

To deregister your previous Sure Signal, please follow the steps here.

Hi Natasha

Thanks for your reply. I have registered my new Series 3 Sure Signal.

One more question. Can I have 2 sure signals plugged into my network? I live in a house with thick walls that makes it impossible to get a signal everywhere in the house. Could I keep my old one registered and attach it to another network router in my house?

Best wishes

David

@davidbland - You’re welcome! :smileyhappy:

We have seen more than one Sure Signal in the same location before. However, this is something we’re unable to support.

You could certainly test it.
