Rentention team?

Hello,

I wondered if anybody has heard of this mythical team at Vodafone and how to contact them?

I was looking to leave Vodafone and got my PAC code so I can shop around and if I found something better I could switch straight away.

But a few days after getting my pac code I missed a call from 08080 024636 tried to call back but got a auto message "its Vodafone, we tried to call you but don;t worry we will try calling you again"

I looked on the website and it states its from rententions but when I tried to speak to customer support (as its been over week since I got any more calls) they just transfer me to any random team they can find it seems.

I've heard people say rentetnion team seem to offer good deals to try and keep you so I thought its only fair to listen befopre leaving but its hard to listen when you can't find them!

Hi,

I usually suggest ringing on a weekday between 9am and 5pm when the departments are fully manned. Then asking via customer service to be put through.

Choosing thinking of leaving via the ivr system may help.

The disconnection team will offer you a deal. They are the one you got the PAC from.
If you don't like the deal then they will give you the PAC.
Day or two later you get a call from the retention team. They usually try once or twice.

If you miss a call from them then that is it.

You need to go back to the disconnection team. When you connect back with them ask them to confirm the PAC to start the conversation.

Hi @minhajur

Our Live Chat have a Retentions Team - they can issue a PAC and discuss any offers that may be available to you.

Thanks,

Sarah
