As per topic how do I reset the predictive text dictionary and auto fill to default. I have managed to replace some words with garbage and it's annoying having to correct it everytime.

Please help

Thanks

Hi,

Try

Open from your Samsung Galaxy s6 menu.

"Navigate to: Settings --> Language and input --> gear icon next to Samsung keyboard --> Predictive text You now find yourself in the settings for "Predictive Text". Scroll down a bit until you can find the entry "Clear Personal data".

If you tap at this entry all collected personal data for learning your writing will be deleted automatically. This is the reset of the dictionary and the Samsung keyboard "

This is for the s5 but may still work.

Hi there thanks for that. However I have seen the steps above on Google search myself and it does not apply to the s6. The rs is no gear icon to press on hence why asking in the s6 section seemed the best way.

I will try and ask Samsung where this can be done if at all possible. My last resort will be a factory reset but I want to avoid that really.
