Hi again!
i got an iPhone 5 and me SS stopped working. Sure enough, 8 hours after I posted here to request a resync - it worked again...for one day! Now I'm just getting a steady red light. Have tried to reset it Unsuccessfully!!!
ive had 4 sure signals in the past - usually work let me just buy another one, and as soon as I plug the new one in it starts working!
Im not very technical-I have no idea about ip adresses etc All I know is that my Internet is working fine and my SS isn't!
Please help!!!

I've checked our systems and your Sure Signal is showing as deregistered which would explain the cause of the issue you're facing. Can you login to your My Vodafone and re-register the device please. Once it's registered, it'll need to go through the setup again and after a maximum of 24 hours should be working fully.
