Same issue has experienced by many people on here.
Got a new phone & new nano sim, but retained the existing number, which is the master number for my sure signal, now I have an intermittent vodafone signal (my other vodafones devices are working fine).

I've popped a resync through for you.
Please reset your unit by holding in the power button for thirty seconds, or until all of the lights flash together. It may take up to four hours for your service to come back online.
For future reference, deregistering your Sure Signal and registering it again, will have the same effect.
