Retrieving voicemail

Hi, 

I am out of the UK for 6 months and i urgenty need to access my voicemail, which i can't it seems. 

Can you help me out?

you have to set up a pin before you leave the uk. this is clearly documented within the help pages

Anything that can be done to help? Some customer service maybe?

You’ll need to make sure everything is set up for voicemail before leaving the UK.
