Return without receipt

Bought a Smart ultra 6 from a shop and it has developed a fault, I cant find the box or receipt. As it's 23 months old can I still use the 24 month guarantee without the receipt?

Take the phone into a Vodafone Store and they will be able to advise further.  Follow the repair process on the link below.

Yes you'll be fine as they'll have the purchase and usage info on their Database.

They'll probably just check it's serial number/ imei number. 

Take time and dated pictures of the phone to prove it's aesthetic condition and if a water sensor is showing in the sim card slot then take a picture of that too. Get the Vodafone rep to note it's condition too.
