Reuse old device

We have an old SureSignal device that was once used by an ex-employee and we want to now give this to another user. How do I go about resetting the device to assign a new number for the new user?

 

Model: 9361 Home Cell V2-V

Serial: 40120923699

Hello adoad

 

If your ex-employee has the Sure Signal registered to their account, you are going to have to ask that person to contact Vodafone and request that the device is deregistered.  As soon as this has been done, you will be free to register the device to an alternative account.

 

Due to data protection, Vodafone would be unable to deregister the device on your instructions.
