Hi, it is a while ago and I am still awaiting Amazon 20 pound voucher. I collected number of points and qualified for the Amazon voucher which never turned up. Could this be looked at?

The voucher code should have been emailed or texted to you within 24 hours. You could try texting LOST to 27822.
If you continue to have problems receiving the code, it will need account access from Live Chat or Customer Services.
