Hi,

You'll need no roaming bars enabled via your online myvodafone. Customer service can help too.

4G not available in this country.

Use this link for information on roaming in The Falklands and tips and advice.

Vodafone and Roaming.

The Falkland Islands is in Rest of World Zone 1

If a person is calling another Uk Mobile Number then it'll come out of their Vodafone minutes allowance.

I would suggest that you have your phone unlocked to all Networks so if needed you can use a local SIM card.

I believe the Roaming Partners are,

Vodafone Ltd (vodafone) has declared active roaming agreements with the following network operators:

Sure South Atlantic Limited (Sure South Atlantic)
GSM 900 - Live

Current Phone  >

Samsung Galaxy s²³ Ultra 512gb Phantom Black.

Roaming rates are realtively high, according to the Vodafone roaming page:

Description Charges

Make a call£1.65 a minute
Receive a call£1.30 a minute
Send a text35p a text + your home rate
Send a picture message45p a picture message
Use dataDaily charge of £3 a MB for the first 5MB, then £15 for each 5MB after that
