Ordered but no confirmation

Hello,

3 days ago, I have ordered an Iphone SE silver after talking to the expert team of Vodafone by chat and they told me they would send me a confirmation email after the bank check but I still didn't get any email and I don't have any copy of my order number unfortunatly. Does someone know what do you in this case ?

Please take into account the weekend. 

For example when a new contract is applied for a Credit Check is carried out and can occasionally take a few working days to process. 

Please check any spam type email in boxes too.

As soon as the credit check has cleared, you will receive an updated email with your order number. 

When the order has been despatched, Vodafone will send a further email with delivery details and a tracking number.
