Roaming problem in France

Hi

According to customer services (that i called 4 times about this) I have roaming activated but it never works when i go to France.No calls,texts,data,nothing. I try to manually connected to SFR and it says that my SIM doesn't support this network.

My fiance is also with Vodafone on same contract and it works fine. I checked her settings and it is the same as mine.

It sounds like there is an issue with your account. You've come to the right place as the eforum tech team will be able to look into this for you. They'll take a day or so to get to this thread so be a little patient.
