Proof of Usage/IMEI

My phone has been stolen and the insurer requires a proof of usage. Please can you let me know how to obtain this.

The forum team can organise this for you, so just hang on until this pick up your post - they deal with them all in order, but will get to you.  You can find the IMEI and quite a lot of other details on your Google Dashboard - look in your account under Data Tools and expand the Android section.
