My problems are multiple:
1. My 'fast' 70+ connection has dropped to a speed test of around 10 (upload less than 2).
2. My router drops out and goes red light on internet multiple times per day.
3. I lost my password so did a factory rest. I can now reconnect to the wifi using the password on the router, but the password doesn't work to let me access the router settings (have tried it ten plus times and done several resets).
4. Still can't get Vodafone to accept I have a mobile on another network, so the numbers on my account are a couple of landline numbers so I can't receive texts.
5. I tried calling for assistance. Put in my landline number and was given a 1, 2, 3 option (3 for broadband) ... system would not accept any number... just kept going 'lalala - I can't hear you' - tried calling back three or for times with the same issue... until it went past 9pm and now I have to wait until tomorrow. But because of cummuting times I will only be at my computer at home for about 20 minutes before 9pm again.

Alternatively, The forum is owned and also monitored by Vodafone U.K. We have members of the Vodafone Tech Team who are available to respond and Help where they can. They have the Vodafone logo next to their name so You know they are officially from Vodafone.
All posts are read by them.

Finally got someone on live chat. They couldn't find me by my landline number or address. Only my e-mail...waiting on a line test...

That ping looks high.
Mine is typically 19 to 20ms.
I however use Bt Infinity Fibre Broadband not Vodafones Broadband.

My problems are multiple:
1. My 'fast' 70+ connection has dropped to a speed test of around 10 (upload less than 2). Is this trhough wifi or ethernet. If it's wifi, it's probably that causing the issue, you can try changing the wifi channels on the Vodafone Broadband app. Try channels 1, 6 or 11 and allow 1 hour for router to configure. If it's wired, try changing microfilter, try different cables and if this doesn't work, call the Broadband team
2. My router drops out and goes red light on internet multiple times per day. Does your phone socket have one port or 2? If it has 2 you should not be using a microfilter, If it has 1, try swapping them as you will have received 2 in the box.

Broadband team is open until 11pm 365 days a year. try dialling 08080034511 it takes you directly to the broadband team

ps - download speed test latest --- 2mbps!!! Broadband speed checker shows Vodafone has the best speed in the area...so why am I shortchanged?
