S4 mini - WiFi will not auto connect

Hi All,

The WiFi function has been working fine for the few months that I've had the phone.

Now though I have to manually re-enter the password for each WiFi network as it's not remembering it?

I've had some advice from Vodafone but as yet nothing has resolved it.

It's very frustrating as you can imagine and seems to have people baffled.

I would really appreciate the advice of the Forum.

On Sunday there was a software update offered on the phone from Samsung.  I downloaded it and, hey presto, the wifi memory functions now work again.  We were obviously not the only ones experiencing this problem so thanks to Samsung for, after at least two months, sorting the issue.  One hopes the fix is permanent.

Did anyone have a new solution to this issue.

I update my software today but to find my wifi together with with my bluetooth can not connect.

I will appreciate your contribution.

I have tried all other options suggested above and they did not work.
