S6 received but no network connection

my S6 arrived today but i cannot get any network connection.

do i need to sort out my sim swap first?

Also in line waiting to speak to someone as my plan updated online and can see they have cut me short of 3gb of data per month!!

I never got a network connection until the transfer from old sim card to new sim was complete.so perhaps you need to complete a sim swap first too if your sim isn't the right size.

As for your data,go onto live chat and they'll be able to look into that for you.
