SIM activation

Hi all,
I hope somebody can shed some light on my SIM issue... I am trying to activate it by entering the details online, the firm asks me for the 16 digit code even though the SIM card only actually carries a 15 digit code. Due to that the form won't recognise the number. I am switching from an iPhone to S6.

I did check earlier on but it said it was unavailable... Not sure if that's a result of me being on the mobile site though. I'll see what I can do.

Not sure - have you tried going to the full site?  I have just checked on my laptop and it took a few minutes but did connect.  It may be worth trying on a different device if you have one.
