Trying to use this sim card some company sent me but it doesnt seem to be working.
Tried using the bot on this site, and tried calling the number, but neither are going through. I click the Chatbot and the site just stops.
How can I verify the payment plan for this card, or how to use it, or if it gets service in california (North America).

This is the Vodafone Community Forum for the UK Customers.
The Social Media Teans can only assist with UK enquires as all the Vodafone businesses in different countries are not linked. So they cannot access other regions accounts.
Account access via this forum isn't available either I'm afraid even for UK customers.
Please contact the company that sent you the sim to ask for their help in the first instance.
Then if necessary phone or use Live Chat to speak with Vodafone.
And or use Social Media Team.

Where did you purchase the SIM card @Shinoskay ? At guess this was through a third party. If you have any enquiries about the SIM you are going to need to go back to the third party, most likely they have not sent the information onto Vodafone to activate the account. The SIM also needs to be activated in the UK.

US networks use VoLTE 4Gcalling and you will need a phone that supports the US network. If you going to be roaming in the US also look at getting a US SIM.
