SIM needs activating

ON VMB it says that i need to register my SIM, however i can't call the number as it always give no service when in a phone. I also tried to register for My account to activate it online but that didn't work. Is there any other way i can activate the SIM card?

Hi Jammer201,

 

You should be able to activate the SIM by placing it in the dongle and applying a top up voucher in store.

 

However, so we can check the account for you for any potential issues I have sent you a quick PM, please follow the instructions on the PM and we can then check that everything is set up correctly and also look at manually activating the SIM if required.
