SIM not provisioned:2 ?

recently took out a blackberry bold 9780 contract with vodafone, the phone has been working fine, but has just showed sos at the signal and SIM not provisioned:2 where the Vodafone UK would normally be, does anyone know wat this means? or if the problem will just fix itself and go away ? i need urgent help please !?

Ive had my vodaphone sim for some time (PAYG), then suddenly after working fine, sim not provisioned 2 came up, I have £15.00 on my card and it looks like I will have to write it off and go for another network which is reliable, Vodafone is just not reliable and worth getting, and they have walked away with my £15.00 disgraceful.
