After a long wait my SS arrived and installed according to instructions. Successfully registered and email received to confirm this. 12 hours later the power light is still flashing while Users light remains on. Tried advice under 'Problems during connection; in set-up guide - no change. I'm not very technical - didn't think I needed to be as it's presented as an easy installation process - what can I do?
