Just come back from holiday and plugged sure signsl back in but it won't work. Tried full reset, de registered then re registered it - no good, could you try a re sync please? Serial Zmo is 21222164879

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.

Hi marti,

I've resynced your Sure Signal for you. Please reset your unit to complete the action:

 

  • Locate the button on the base of the box next to the Ethernet ports.
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds.
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button.
  • The Sure Signal will come online in around 1 hour. 


If it's not working after a reset, please use the guide Matt supplied above.

Reset as per Ben's post SS is now showing steady lights on 1 2 & 4 but no phones are picking up a signal (We have 4 Vodafone contract phones in the house!)

Hi marti,

Thanks for posting those details. Your results are fine and your Sure Signal connected to our servers last night around 9:25pm.

If resetting each phone and the router hasn't helped, please test another Ethernet cable. 

This will help rule out an accessory issue.

Thanks for the reply, tried all the above, still shows steady lights 1,2 and 4 but no signal on phones - all reset!

I suggest trying the Sure Signal at a different location, with a different ISP to see it's connecting.

Was going to take my sure signal to my mums today to try that. Got up this morning and it seems to be working! Has anything been done from vodafone end???
