SS V2 Power light on, other 2 flashing

Hi

Registered the unit this morning (bought off ebay). Showing as registered on dashboard.

I have the power light on but the 2 other white icons are continously flashing.

Is this normal and will the system light go solid after it has connected to the server (is this the thing that can take up to 24 hours ?)

Hi,

Sorry this won't help but I have had a SS V2 for a few years and it normally is fine but I have the same issue as you this afternoon - Power light on and other 2 flashing.  Not sure why.

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.
