SS v3 stopped working - tried everything

Hi - I have had a Vodafone SS3 for at leats a year and it has always worked well. Recently it stopped working properly - sometimes it would work for a bit and then stop, but mostly it wouldn't work. I have deregistered it and re-reregistered it, reset it with the little button underneath etc but it still isn't working.

 

The red light is on and the first two white lights are on and steady.

 

I have read that sometimes they need resyncing at Vodafone's end - if this is so, how do I go about getting this done?

I stopped it after 30 as it seemed to be just returns asterisks.

as the information may help to resolve issues.

There is an 'Issue Not Listed' option which guides you through how to run a TraceRoute to paste back in your thread for Vodafone Tech to look over. 

Please Note : If the Sure Signal displays ANY signs of internal failure / no lights then unplug it straightaway and contact Vodafone Customer Services.

The Sure Signal has a 24 Month Manufacturing Warranty.

I've read everything on the internet that I could find but none of it has helped me. I'll try that trace route thing, thanks.

Anyone got any ideas - despite giving all the requsted info, my SS still isn't working.

@Keith2017 - I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems with your Sure Signal. Don’t worry though, we’ll get this sorted. :Smiling:

Everything you’ve posted looks fine so I’ve performed a resync for you this afternoon. Please make sure everything remains plugged in and connected for the next six hours.

Let us know if this gets everything working again.

I can see that your Sure Signal has since connected to our servers earlier this morning.

Please confirm if you're continuing to experience issues, along with the light sequence you're now seeing (if this has changed).
