I have sold SN: 43163753411 and new owner can not register it.
I was told that it was de-registered but it seem that it can't be used again by the new owner.
I no longer have a vodafone account so can you please help me sort this out for the new owner.

Hi @mark990
If you no longer have access to your previous Vodafone Account then you'll need to use Live Chat or ring Vodafone on their Landline number to go through Security Protocols and start the process to De-Register it.
