SS1 lights 1 and 2 on but nothing else

Can I get some help please. I get lots of power cuts which affect my suresignal one. It stops working with the top two lights solid and the fourth not on. It normally works again with a reset after calling Vodafone. My speed is 2mb down and .04 up. Ping is 49ms. I use Mac and don't know how to do tracer route. Sure signal number is: 21196949909. Please can you try a reset for me?

Hi Rx7aiii,

I've popped a resync through for you. Just reset the Sure Signal to complete the action.

If you suffer regular power cuts, you can also unregister and register your Sure Signal in future as this will have the same effect.

With it being an old unit, see if replacing the power lead will also help offer a more stable connection. It will be a cheaper alternative to buying a new unit if there's nothing wrong with the V1 you have.
