Phone one: iPhone 4s
Phone two: iPhone 5s
Broadband: BT Infinity 2 using an HomeHub 5. Sufficient bandwidth, lights on Sure Signal indicate all is well with the internet.
Fault: Has my Sure Signal finally given up the ghost? My VSS was working fine until a couple of power cuts over the last couple of weeks. I now have Lights 1, 2 & 4 showing but our phones are only getting 3G with only 1 or 2 bars max, when before the power cuts we were always getting full service. No issues with my internet connection and I've tried the trouble shooting without success, this includes removing number from VSS and re-adding it, completing a full set. We have not had new SIM cards etc. and the phones with up 3G without any issues in 3G areas.
Please advise?

After the firmware update, we are back to full service. Thanks.
