SS1 - lights

I have had an upgraded phone with new sim - signal not very good since then. Thought to reset the SS and since then lights 1 and 3 seem to flash together light two flashes a bit slower than the the other lights - no output from light 4. Any ideas anybody? Thanks

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.
