I've had the suspicion for a while, but now I'm convinced that my Sure Signal 1 won't factory reset. I need to do this to pull down a new SIM configuration.
I have tried the standard method (reset until 4 solid lights, power off for 30 secs, power on with reset still pressed until 4 lights in sequence), and also a number of alternative methods found with google but I always get the same result.
Every time I get the same sequence of lights and boot time as a standard power cycle.
Is there another sure-fire way to factory reset my device?
