SS2 box and Sky Hub

Just upgraded my Sky wifi to a new hub and it appears to have caused a problem with my previously reliable SS2 box.
I've read a few posts stating it could be a firmware issue...could someone at Vodafone please tell me what to do?
At the moment, the box has a solid red power light, with flashing wireless light and off phone light.
SS box has been connected to new hub for over an hour now.

So that we can look into this further, please get back to us with the following:


Your speed test results from here.
Your ping test results from here.
Your external IP address from here.
The results of a traceroute.

 

Your Sure Signal serial number.


VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
