SS3 not working

I can't get any of my Sure Signals to work (ISP = PlusNet). I've deregistered my V1 unit and am now focusing on my V3 one. Power light is on, second LED flashes, other LED's off. I can ping the unit. Manual UDP/TCP port forwarding in place to (static) address of SSV3.
