SS3 - way out of my depth with port forwarding

I have just purchased a Vodafone SS3.  I have a Belkin N600 HD router model F7D4301uk and Virgin Media Cable Broadband.

 

I have the flashing red light and the steady 2nd and 3rd orange lights.  It appears to be a problem with Port Forwarding but I have tried all the online help and just got stuck.  I am using a Mac if that makes any difference.

When it asks for an IP address use the one of the Sure Signal, with can be found on the DHCP Client List page

Yes, done that although there is a step missing and it gives a message "there is no application selected"

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.
