Hi @Redvanmorris

On looking at your local and surrounding masts via the Link > Vodafone Network Checker < Link they are not showing any issues. Sometimes when an issue has shown and is fixed it can then take a few extra days for the masts to fully settle.

The Network Checker does show that postcode as a fringe area with 3G being slow and no 4G.

Vodafone have a specific Template which when used can then help the Vodafone Support Team here look at your situation. Please use the below link and copy and paste it back here with your answers.

Link > Vodafone Network-issues-initial-checks-and-template.

Interim solutions at home could be the Vodafone Sure Signal which creates a 3G signal in the home using Home Broadband. This costs a one off £69 for the device.

Or for people on eligible contracts and phones there is Link > Vodafone and wi-fi-calling < Link.

I hope the current situation is resolved asap for you.

Hi, the online checker has showed no faults since the start of this issue.

was advised it may be back up this morning, but once again it's not!

I have answered all template questions within my thread.

thanks
