Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo - Dialling Issues

Hi,

Every time I try to dial a particular number (0333......) which belongs to say company abc, I get a totally different company, lets say xyz on a completely diffent number, even though my scren shows me that i have dialed the correct number for company abc.

My other half has the exact same phone and network as me and tried using her phone without any issues and got straight through to the company I want.

I have tried turning my phone off etc, tried ringing the correct number for company abc, but I still get company xyz who have a completely different number  !!!

Any Ideas as to what is going on ??

Hi

If you use another network or landline to ring it does it get through ?

If maybe worth just checking with customer service on 191 or Live Chat just to ensure nothing is on your Vodafone account that could be causing issues. 

Also checking with the business your trying to call to see if they are aware of any issues.
