Hi @davides
You're Welcome.
A BTU CsC Codd isn't a Vodafone variant.
You own a sim free samsung phone as BTU is Samsungs code not Vodafones.
The vodafone bit is just because you have a Vodafone SIM card inserted at the moment.
You should see no bloat ware on the phone such as a Vodafone splash screen when turning it on or any Vodafone apps when you very first got it and turned it on
Carphone Warehouse basically marry up the network sim and an unlocked phone , the exception being an iPhone which locks to the first sim inserted.
Your phone should accept any Networks SIM card.
Your Nougat Update will be sent out by Samsung with no changes made to it by Vodafone.

Samsung Galaxy s²⁴ Ultra 512gb.

My wife received the Nougat update to her S6 about a week ago now. In terms of space, it needed a relatively meaty 1.3GB of memory to download so make sure you have some freed up in anticipation.

Hi all, here the thing has abybody been able to get an honest answer from Vodafone regarding when an android update is going to happen? I thought not!
I recently complained via CEOemail.com to see if I could force a change and the answer was no, Vodafone doesn't care about its customers after it has sold you the phone. I did find a site in Vodafone Australia that does provide up to date info on software releases (https://community.vodafone.com.au/t5/Software-Updates/bd-p/update) and it is not too much to ask that Vodafone UK provide a similar service to its paying customers, so please fire off an email to nick.jeffery at vodafone dot co dot uk requesting software release updates too!
Collectively we can hopefully achieve some customer service from our provider!

We're unable to provide specific dates on when software updates will be released.
All the information we do have can be found in our firmware statement.

Hello ChazzD, yes I understand that. But the person I spoke too from the CEO special team advised me to turn to the forum to get other customers to request that Vodafone UK provide a service like Vodafone Australia to provide customers here in the UK with better information about software updates.
