When I have an incoming call I cannot accept as green phone button does not work, this phone is only a couple of months old, can anyone help please.

Has the answer button ever worked ?

You don't just touch the answer button, you have to touch it and swipe at the same time.

The button worked when I first had the phone, its only recently it has stopped working.

Have you recently installed or updated any apps?

No I haven't updated anything as far as I remember.

If you are still struggling, it may be worth doing a factory reset of the handset to take it back to it's "out of the box" state as you said it worked okay when you first got it.  Also don't install any apps just to help work out whether an app is causing your issue. 

Do remember to make sure you back up your personal data before doing this.

With this type of handset, unless you get your finger just right, it can be a bit of a pain to get the phone to answer or hang up.

Are you having any issues with the screen at all or is it responsive in all other apps?

All the other applications work just fine, it's just the incoming calls.
