Hi, just bought a new Samsung S5 to use with my One Net account. Problem now is that, when i want to dial out using my landline number, #45#number* it comes up with invalid MMI number. I've found 1 post on the forum, for an htc with the same problem. That was 4 years ago though and theres no resolve follow up. Can anyone help, please??

Hi @mickstaxis

Welcome to the eForum.

You’ll need to speak with our One Net team, so they can look into this for you.

Thanks,

Sarah

Hi, tried twice this morning to no avail. Is it possible to speak to the Tech team? I've tried sorting it through cs and nothing is happening..

Hi @mickstaxis

We don’t have access to One Net accounts here on the eForum.

You can contact the One Net team directly by calling 191 from your phone 03333 040 191 from a landline.

Thanks,

Simon
