Dear Vodafone,

 

When are you expecting a delivery of the 64GB Samsung S6 Edge in black?

 

I'm posting on the forum rather than asking you directly to get an idea of how many other people would like an answer to this question, and hence how far down the queue my order is! :smileywink:

Unfortunately for account info including your current order status I feel your going to need to make contact with Vodaphone Customer services or Live Chat as they have access.

If this was me I would check with my local Vodaphone High Street Store if they have actual stock. Then look into cancelling my upgrade / new contract that was taken perhaps online , wait until the cancellation clears and then carry out the process in store, again checking beforehand that they still have available stock. This is the extreme option and would not be suitable for everyone.

I would also be interested to know as I ordered on friday. I notice the gold one is in Stock. Can I change my order to gold instead of black?

I would suggest speaking to customer services and or live chat via e 'contact us' tab to ask if the order can be changed in regards to colour of handset.

After all you don't get if you don't ask in life ! 😎

Would you update your post if they do allow you to so any others in the same similar situation can be aware too.

Yeah tried that. Without being too rude live chat is as much use as a chocolate teapot. And I can't get through to customer services as I don't have a Vodafone number yet.

if your not a vodafone customer yet but have an account with vodafone with your phone being on back order then call 03333040191 from non vodafone handset for customer service they maybe able to get you through to the correct team who can look into your request

Have you had any luck yet? I've been waiting for almost 3 weeks for mine. Live chat told me it was ready for dispatch last weekend and I would receive it Monday or Tuesday of this week but it hasn't arrived. The black 64gb edge is now showing as in stock which is frankly ridiculous when outstanding orders clearly haven't been fulfilled.
