Dear Vodafone,
When are you expecting a delivery of the 64GB Samsung S6 Edge in black?
I'm posting on the forum rather than asking you directly to get an idea of how many other people would like an answer to this question, and hence how far down the queue my order is! :smileywink:

Why do Vodafone just pass you to pillar and post when they have a problem they can't answer?
Ordered 2 S6 edge 128gb phones in Gold on the 1st May and were promised next day deliverery. After a long wait they arrived on the 15th May and to my horror founf Vodafone had sent just S6's not the edge.HOW?
Now they are holding up returns of phones as everytime I ring they pass me to so many different departments and wont allow me to sort the wife's return out at same time as it's different account! Starting to become a joke, they where happy enough to take my money thou!!!!
Can't get the phones I ordered until they get the one's they sent back. Let me send them back then!!!!!
I'm expecting Vodafone to tell me there's a delay on the S6 Edge 128gb in gold when they recieve them back.
How hard can it be? Don't sell stuff you don't have Vodafone!

Well I still haven't recieved my Samsung S6 edge 128gb Gold which was ordered on the 1st May?
You are happy to take my money but not supply the service you promised.
Time to write to OFCOM and ask for surport on this matter

Once it’s dispatched, you’ll be notified and then you can track your order online.
If you’ve not received your order confirmation email, get in touch with our Live help team and they can look into this
