I bought a Samsung galaxy s7 with yourselves 2 months ago and it said I get gear VR glasses however I haven't received them, what do I do to get them?

Was this for the Samsung Vr or Vodafones own ?
When you ordered the phone was there an option to add the Vr to the basket ?
Did you receive any confirmation that the Vr had been added ?
These offers are sometimes time limited and until availability lasts.

It was a Samsung gear VR. No it came free with the phone. I got a code which is: SBL-1000000241186392. I had the last text saying it wasn't in was on the 3th July

Ah ok.
My suggestion would be to ring Customer Services on 191 and give them all the information you have and ask what the current status is. Sounds like an Out Of Stock issue.
