Samsung s7 edge video calling

Hi

I recently got an upgrade onto the s7 edge prior to this I was on the s6 edge.
When upgrading I asked have they fixed the video calling feature as it was an issue on s6 edge.
I was informed that this issue has been resolved on s6 edge and a team was looking to fix the s7 edge within 7 days.
I followed the instructions to fix my s6 however it didn't so I took it in store like advised and sent it off, it has come back the same.
My questions are.
1. As you have admitted you have a fix and it is a vodafone firmware issue. What are my options ?
2. Do you really have a dedicated team fixing the s7 edge ?, if not I do not want to be in a position I was last year and will cancel my contract due to being misled

Thanks

Hi @Graeme99

We are fellow customers here with No Access to Vodafones systems or accounts.

Vodafone own and monitor the forum helping with Network Signal and Sure Signal Device Enquiries.

You would need to speak with Customer Service on 191 or from a computer use Live Chat for help.

However from Vodafone's Firmware Statement they do not make comments.

To be able to cancel a Contract and return any hardware a person has to do this within their 30 day cooling off period. After that a person would have to buy out the rest of their contract.

The Network has a Duty of Care to provide signal and the allowances your monthly payments pay for.
