Security code sms

This sums code is a nuisance as if I wanted to use 2 devices all of the time, I'd carry 2 devices.

its me using the app, it's me using the webpage as its me that's logged in, I don't need an sms sent to my phone every time I want to check something out...

a one one off verification is fine but not every time for Petes sake.. No need for it at all

it's easier to access my online banking than it is my mobile phone account and the bank is regarded as the most secure online bank in the uk, so why Vodafone do you have to insist on a password to get into the pass worded account!!!!!!

Give us us an option to deactivate or verify once only..

Hi,

I appreciate what your saying but the security protocols are there to protect your identity and account.

My online banking account requires me to confirm a memorable word followed by 3 parts of my security password and if I'm too long not using the page I'm timed out. I find this more involved than Vodafones security SMS to be honest.

That said if either was breached then both can cause quite amount of hassle.

My bank times me out if inactive as well, but the bank that shares the name of a famous basketball player is the safest around and it only requires a pin once... If I want to do anything then there is more info and more pins, but not to just get into the account..

Mine gives me a feature that allows me to see my balance without keying in any pass codes. Called > Fast balance.

Quite useful.
